Phase 3 HiFi originally opened its doors in 1980, in Brighton Road, Worthing. In 1989, Roger Pearl, one of the original investors in the venture, took over the business full-time. Going from strength to strength, 1990 saw a relocation of the shop and the arrival of Gerry Heeley. Since then, the shop has tripled in size, and now enjoys the enviable position of being possibly the largest specialist hifi retailer on the South Coast.
The only way to accurately evaluate anything, be it hifi or home cinema, system or component, is by demonstration. We have three demonstration rooms which we use to actually let you see and hear the differences that our recommendations make.
Our familiarity with the individual items that we keep, and how they perform with one another, let us give you informed opinions about the best course of action in a given situation. Having done that, we can then demonstrate and justify to you our suggested course.

Custom and multi-room installations are handled by a sister company, Custom Connexions International, headed by Gerry, and they are able to design and build installations beyond many people's wildest dreams.
Phase Three Hi Fi have been established in Worthing for twenty-five years - however in Southampton we're relatively new, having taken over Southampton HiFi only a few years ago.
However the Phase Three effect is plain to see - especially with the re-modelled store, both the showroom and the demo rooms have been extensively re-worked.
We're especially proud of our demonstration rooms upstairs, they offer a real taste of what can be experienced with both two channel (stereo) and multi-channel (AV) systems.
Don't forget that as a part of Phase Three we have access to the South Coasts premiere installation company - CCi - who are part of our group of companies. CCi are experts in designing, installing and commissioning Home Entertainment systems into the very fabric of your home, or even your boat!
